Walls

• Wall panels consist of 40 mm thickness sandwich panels with EPS insulation (16 kg/m³ density)
• Both inner and outer surfaces are covered with 0.30 mm thick steel sheets
• All panels are delivered with protective nylon coating on the external surface
  • PrimeCity: RAL 9002 white panels
  • AntraCity: RAL 7016 anthracite grey panels
  • SafranCity: RAL 9002 white panels + PVC wood cladding (lambris)

Chassis

• Manufactured from custom-formed galvanized steel profiles
• Designed specifically according to unit dimensions
• Each unit includes integrated forklift pockets for easy handling

Roof

• Constructed with a custom-shaped galvanized steel frame
• Insulated with 50 mm polyurethane (PU) panels (40 kg/m³ density)
• Rainwater is directed to integrated gutters along the roof edges
• Water is discharged through vertical corner steel elements to the ground
• This system prevents any water accumulation on the roof

Floor

• Base: 14 mm fully water-resistant fiber cement board mounted on steel chassis
• Top layer: 2 mm non-slip PVC flooring
• Designed for durability, hygiene, and easy cleaning

Door

• 40 mm insulated steel door with EPS insulation (16 kg/m³ density)
• Lockable from both inside and outside
• Equipped with stainless steel door handle
• Suitable for intensive outdoor use

Ventilation

• 150 mm diameter ventilation fan is standard in all units
• Provides continuous air circulation and moisture control
• Supports a hygienic and comfortable indoor environment

Plumbing & Drainage System

• Clean water piping: high-quality PPRC system
• Wastewater system: PVC drainage pipes with proper slope
• All installations are pre-assembled and ready for external connection (plug & play)
• Boiler connections (water and electrical) are pre-prepared

Electrical Installation

• Fully pre-installed electrical system
• RCD and 16A circuit breaker included as standard
• IP-protected switches, sockets, and lighting
• Ready for connection to external power supply
• The same electrical system used in units delivered to the Netherlands can be applied
