Chassis

• Manufactured from custom-formed galvanized steel profiles

Roof

• Constructed with a custom-shaped galvanized steel frame
• Insulated with 50 mm polyurethane (PU) panels (40 kg/m³ density)
• Integrated rainwater drainage system:
  • Water is directed to gutters along roof edges
  • Discharged through vertical corner steel elements
• Prevents water accumulation and ensures long-term durability

Floor

• Base layer: 14 mm fully water-resistant fibercement board on steel chassis
• Top layer: 2 mm non-slip PVC flooring
• Designed for intensive use, hygiene, and easy maintenance

Door

• 40 mm insulated steel door with EPS insulation (16 kg/m³ density)
• Lockable from both inside and outside for user privacy and security
• Equipped with stainless steel door handle
• Designed for durability in intensive outdoor use

Ventilation

• 150 mm diameter ventilation fan is standard in all units
• Ensures continuous air circulation and moisture control
• Supports a hygienic and odor-free interior environment

Plumbing & Drainage System

• Clean water installation using high-quality PPRC piping system
• Wastewater system with PVC drainage pipes and optimized slope
• All systems are pre-installed and ready for external connection (plug & play)
• Boiler connections (water & electrical) are pre-prepared
